At Raw Organics India, your satisfaction is important to us. As a company that offers 100 percent organic, handmade, and skin-loving products, we put our heart and soul into every item we create. We are equally committed to delivering a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

This Refund Policy explains our position on returns, refunds, and exchanges. We encourage you to read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold by Raw Organics India are handcrafted in small batches using natural and plant-based ingredients such as botanical oils, butters, essential oils, clays, and herbs. Because of this, each item is unique and may have slight variations in texture, colour, scent, or appearance from batch to batch.

These variations are normal in handmade products and are not considered defects. Similarly, naturally occurring cosmetic imperfections such as oil spots on soap bars, uneven texture, or slightly faded labels do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

By purchasing from Raw Organics India, you acknowledge and accept the handmade and natural nature of our products.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal care category of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding that once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to restock it, even if it remains unused or unopened.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a product or have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue with care and urgency.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, items may get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, we sincerely apologise and are here to help.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must share clear images and videos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Our team will review your complaint and respond within 2 to 3 business days. If the damage is verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or offer store credit for the value of the damaged item.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic imperfections that naturally occur in handmade products and do not affect performance.

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product by mistake, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Share images of the item you received along with your order details. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

6. Refunds

As our products are non-returnable and made to order, we do not offer refunds except under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged item and provide proof within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You receive the wrong item and we are unable to provide a replacement.

  • The item is missing from the parcel, and it is confirmed after investigation.

In such cases, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the damaged or missing item

  • A credit note for future purchases

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once your refund is initiated.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

7. Products Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

The following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Products reported damaged or defective after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products returned without prior approval from our team

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Free gifts or promotional items

Products with minor cosmetic issues due to natural formulation (example: discolouration, scent variation, surface texture, tiny bubbles, oil spots)

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • You receive a wrong item

  • You receive a damaged product and a replacement cannot be arranged

In all other cases, including customer-requested cancellations after dispatch, shipping fees will not be refunded.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure your issue is resolved promptly, we request the following:

  • Always double-check your delivery address before placing the order

  • Record an unboxing video as proof in case of missing or damaged products

  • Contact our support team at indiaraworganics@gmail.com within the specified time

  • Provide your full name, order ID, and a clear description of the issue

Our ability to provide replacements or store credit depends on timely and accurate information from the customer.

We may be a small business, but we believe in big values like trust, integrity, and customer care. While we may not have a conventional return system like large marketplaces, we promise to treat every customer concern with fairness and personal attention.
