Raw Organics India creates 100 percent organic, handmade skincare and wellness products using plant-based oils and butters, natural clays, and botanicals. While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or current.

All our products are handmade, so slight variations may occur from batch to batch. These variations are natural and expected in handmade products and do not affect the quality or performance of the item.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees. We accept various modes of payment which will be mentioned at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship Pan India from our studio in Delhi. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days and typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days thereafter. Exact delivery times may vary due to external factors.

Shipping is free on orders above Rs 1499. A flat shipping fee of Rs 100 is charged on orders below this amount.

We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Shipping details and tracking information will be sent to you by email after dispatch.

9. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade and organic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Share videos and images of the product, and our team will assist you in processing a replacement. Please note that slight cosmetic imperfections are common in handmade items and are not considered defects.

All information provided on the website is for informational purposes only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
