Shipping Policy
Pan India Delivery
We are delighted to offer shipping across India, so you can experience the purity of handmade wellness, no matter where you live. Every product is carefully packed to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed from our office in Delhi. Once your order is placed, we typically require 2–4 business days to prepare your items for shipment. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or national holidays. If an order is placed during these days, it will be processed on the next working day.
Some of our products are freshly made after your order is confirmed. In such cases, processing might take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed about any delays.
Shipping Partner
We primarily ship through ShipRocket, a trusted logistics aggregator. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your package’s journey.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, your order will typically reach you within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer due to logistical constraints.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 100 on orders below Rs. 1499 (it may change without prior notice). We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1499.
We always strive to deliver your orders on time, but external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high seasonal demand may occasionally impact delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Returns and Exchanges
At Raw Organics India, every product is crafted with love, care, and natural ingredients. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of our handmade organic products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been delivered.
We hope you understand that hygiene and product integrity are our top priorities, and as such, used or opened products cannot be resold or restocked. However, your satisfaction means the world to us, and we will go out of our way to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please share photos or videos of the damaged items and outer packaging with us via email or WhatsApp.
Once our team reviews your complaint and verifies the damage, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Variation in Handmade Products
Every product at Raw Organics India is lovingly made by hand in small batches using 100 percent natural ingredients. As such, slight variations are not only expected but are also proof of their handcrafted nature.
These may include:

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
In cases where the order is cancelled within the allowed window and hasn’t yet been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original mode of payment.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
In case a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the delivery is refused, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping such orders will incur additional charges borne by the customer.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing the checkout process to avoid such issues.
